MXG hardware is engineered for long-term wear and stability. We back our products with solid brand warranties:

What is Not Covered (Exclusions)
The limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear of upholstery (leather cracking, fabric stains, foam flattening over long years).
- Accidental physical drops, cuts, water spills, or damage caused by fire/natural disasters.
- Damage resulting from load capacities exceeding the product limits (e.g. overloading desks beyond 100kg).
- Self-repairs or modifications performed without consulting our official technician team.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Filing a warranty claim is fast and simple:
- Locate your original Order ID or receipt from ZAH Computers.
- Take a clear photo or short video showing the component malfunction (e.g. error code on desk display, arm sliding down, cylinder failing).
- Send an email to warranty@zahcomputers.pk or fill out our contact form.
- Our support engineers will evaluate the issue and ship replacement parts (e.g. new gas lift, new controller box, replacement arm joint) directly to you with clear swap instructions.
