To file a claim:
1. Retrieve your original invoice or order ID from ZAH Computers.
2. Capture a short video demonstrating the functional error (e.g. controller error code, gas lift dropping).
3. Email the details to **warranty@zahcomputers.pk** or message our official WhatsApp support lines.
4. Our engineers will check the file and ship replacement spare parts to your address with guided install videos.
We offer a 7-day change-of-mind return policy. The item must be completely unused, inside its original factory box, with seals intact and in resellable condition. Returns cannot be accepted for items that have been unboxed, partially assembled, or handled. Transport freight charges for returns are paid by the customer.
