At MXG, we coordinate with reliable logistical networks in Pakistan to deliver our premium gear securely to your doorstep. All items are dispatched from our central warehouse facilities in Karachi.
Expected Delivery Timeframes
Once your order details are validated, dispatch and delivery timeframes are typically as follows:
- Karachi: 1 to 2 working days (often delivered via our own priority riders or local drivers).
- Lahore & Islamabad/Rawalpindi: 3 to 5 working days.
- Other Cities (Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, etc.): 4 to 7 working days.
Delivery of Heavy Cargo Items
Motorized Sit-Stand Desks and Gaming Chairs are packed in heavy, flat-pack cardboard boxes to prevent scratch damage during transport. These boxes weigh between 25 kg to 40 kg.
Heavy cargo items are shipped via overland freight services (such as Leopards Overland or TCS Cargo). Please ensure someone is available at your address to receive the delivery. In most cities, courier cargo teams will deliver to the ground floor or building lobby.
Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch, we send an SMS and Email notification containing your unique Tracking ID and tracking link. You can track package transit updates in real-time through our logistical partner portals.
Damaged Shipments Policy
All items are insured during transit. We highly recommend recording a quick unboxing video when opening your package frame. If you discover any cosmetic dents or structural cracks caused by transport handling, please email us at info@zahcomputers.pk with your order number and unboxing video within 48 hours, and we will dispatch replacement parts immediately.
