- Screen falls down: Turn the joint adjustment screw counter-clockwise (towards the "+" icon) using the included Allen key to increase spring tension.
- Screen pops upward: Turn the screw clockwise (towards the "-" icon) to reduce the tension.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall for 15 seconds, then plug it back in.
- Press and hold the DOWN button on your controller.
- Continue holding until the desk reaches its absolute lowest point, bounces up slightly, and shows the default height (e.g. 72cm or 28").
- Release the button. The motors are now synced and recalibrated.
- All required structural M8 screws and flat washers.
- An ergonomic L-shaped Allen wrench tool with a Phillips screwdriver head.
- Detailed layout printout instructions. No additional tools like power drills are needed or recommended.
