If you are not completely satisfied with your MXG purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a full refund or direct exchange, the item must satisfy the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed cardboard packaging.
- All original components, manuals, brackets, hardware tools, and cables must be inside the box.
- The item must show zero signs of physical scratches, scuffs, or assembly wear.
Opened or Assembled Items
Once a motorized desk or gaming chair has been unboxed and assembled, it is considered a used item. Returns for assembled items are subject to a **15% Restocking Fee** to cover quality inspections and repackaging costs. The buyer is responsible for wrapping components safely in protective bubble wraps to prevent transport collision damage during shipping return transit.
Return Steps
To initiate a return request:
- Contact customer support at info@zahcomputers.pk with your Order ID.
- Provide photos showing the sealed box or the packed components.
- Deliver the item back to our central outlet in Saddar, Karachi. For other cities, you can ship the parcel via freight carrier. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund via Bank Transfer or Easypaisa within 3 working days.
Damaged or Faulty Items on Arrival
If you receive a package that was damaged during transit, or is missing essential bolts, please do not worry. This is fully covered! Contact our team immediately, and we will dispatch replacement parts or schedule a courier swap free of charge.
