Warranty & Claims Policy

1. Product Warranty Coverage

MXG premium products are designed for durability. We provide a 2-Year Limited Warranty on frames, sit-stand desk electric motor units, tilt controllers, and gas lift cylinders.

2. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover wear and tear of leather/mesh materials, paint scratches, aesthetic defects, or damages caused by improper user assembly, overloading weight capacities, or exposure to moisture.

3. Claiming Warranty

To lodge a warranty claim, please email us at support@mxg.com.pk with:

• Original order number or invoice scan.
• Video showing the mechanical or motor failure.
• Detailed text description of the issue.
