1. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

MXG offers nationwide shipping across Pakistan. We work with leading logistics partners to ensure your premium hardware arrives safely and promptly.

• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2-3 business days.
• Other Regions: 3-5 business days.
• Expedited Delivery: Available for select items on check-out.

2. Free Shipping Benefit

We offer Free Delivery Nationwide for all orders over ₨25,000. For orders below this threshold, a flat standard rate of ₨250 applies.

3. Return Policy

We support a 14-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original, unopened packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
• Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be presented.
• Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are borne by the customer.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or suffers from a manufacturing defect, please report it to our customer support within 48 hours of delivery at support@mxg.com.pk with photos of the package and item. We will arrange a replacement at no extra charge.
